Lukes Chicken Tacos


- Bell Pepper (Half)
- Cucumber (Handful)
- Tortilla Wraps (2)
- Lettuce (Handful)
- Tinned Tomato (100g)
- Chicken (1.5 Thighs)
- Dried Basil (1tsp)
- Dried Parsley (1tsp)
- Dried Oregano (1tsp)
- Ketchup/Mayonaise


(Serves 1)

1, Cut the peppers, lettuce, and cucumber into small pieces.
2. Cut the chicken into pieces and marinate it with the dried basil, parsley, and oregano.
3. Add a tsp of oil to a hot frying pan, once the oil is hot, add the chicken and cook for 8-10 minutes on both sides until the chicken is cooked.
4. Add the tinned tomato to the chicken followed by salt and pepper, and cook for a few more minutes.
5. Warm the wraps up.
6. Place the chicken in the wraps, followed by the salad and then sauce.
7. Enjoy!
