Satay Chicken


- Chicken (1.5 Thighs)
- Ground Cumin (1tsp)
- Ground Turmeric (1tsp)
- Soy Sauce (1tbsp)
- Garlic (1 Clove)
- Ginger (1 Piece)
- Peanut Butter (1.5 tbsp)
- Lemon Juice
- Coriander (15g)
- Spring Onion
- Salad Leaves 
- Fruit


(Serves 1)

1. In a blender, add cumin, turmeric, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, peanut butter, lemon juice, and half of the coriander. Loosen with water if needed.
2. Cut the chicken into pieces and coat with the thick peanut marinade and leave to marinate in the fridge for a couple of hours.
3. Add some oil to a pan and once it is hot, add the chicken and cook until. golden and cooked through, turning it frequently. 
4. Serve with salad leaves, fruit, and spring onion. 
5. Enjoy!
